The Director of Sales and Marketing will spearhead our growth initiatives within the paper and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability in this competitive market.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand our market share and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your deep understanding of the paper and packaging industry will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and optimizing our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on the paper and packaging industry.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities within the paper and packaging sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of paper and packaging products.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure sales performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and sustainability initiatives impacting the paper and packaging industry.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of number years of experience in sales and marketing within the paper or packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
