Plumbing - Project Manager / Estimator
A top HVAC and Plumbing provider in IOWA has an excellent opportunity for an EXPERIENCED Plumbing Project Manager to join their team immediately!
JOB DUTIES
- Estimate and Sell Plumbing Construction Projects
- Assist with Submittal Process
- Coordinate field personnel on projects sold
- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Manage Projects to ensure profitability and performance
- Assist With Project Closeouts
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
