Key Responsibilities

Mentor, coach, and guide engineers at varying levels of experience

Troubleshoot production and development issues, ensuring high-quality reporting features

Write and review code with an emphasis on clean, scalable APIs and robust UI components

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience as both an individual contributor and a technical leader

Strong experience with Go and designing / building APIs

Open-minded and adaptable with a focus on technical depth and leadership

Experience with data visualization frameworks is a strong plus
