• Position : Advanced Practice Provider, Internal Medicine, Medical Group
• Location : 1000 Central Street, Evanston, IL
• Full Time / Part Time : Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours : Days, Hours vary upon the need of the practice

What you will need :

• License : Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education : Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred.
• Certification : BLS / CPR certification required
• Experience : Prior APN / PA experience required ; Experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred, but all encouraged to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate.

What you will do :

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Provide patient educationto promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
