We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving family practice in Winsted, CT.

Role : Open to Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
Setting : 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Family Medicine (birth+)
Qualifications : Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible), NP or PA training, and 2+ years' experience in primary care or relevant outpatient setting
