Job Summary

Our Distribution Center (DC) is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support the development and implementation of learning solutions. This role will help manage, direct, coordinate, and deliver leadership training as well as new hire orientation and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support the success of building wide / network wide programs through partnership with building & network leaders (e.g., Internship program, Distribution Leadership Program, content creation).
• Deliver, monitor, coach, and guide leadership training for Distribution Center Leaders.
• Provide coaching, facilitate discussions, and make recommendations for developmental needs.
• Partner with DC L&D and / or Home Office L&D to modify, design, and develop training programs and materials.
• Facilitate learning virtually and in-person using adult learning techniques, interactive elements, role-plays, and technology-delivered training.
• Provide post-training event feedback and on-the-job support through continuous coaching and feedback.
• Evaluate and assess learning programs and their impact.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage time based on curriculum calendar and business needs.
• Plan, schedule, and manage onboarding plans for new leadership.
• Track and maintain records for new associate training and leadership training.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range : $24.60 - $33.20 - $41.80 per hour. This position has a starting pay range of $24.60 to $33.20 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
