We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance.

As part of our finance team, you’ll focus on providing the support companies need in their Finance Transformation journey enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.

You will be part of a team that helps clients rethink their Finance functions as they leverage new Cloud technology including RPA, Machine Learning and Analytics in conjunction with their ERP platform.

Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience : 7 year(s) with at least 3 years directly involved in Oracle Cloud implementations and / or supportPreferred Qualifications : Preferred Knowledge / Skills : Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of Oracle Cloud application based solutions, including the following : Displays a proven record of successfully completing at least 1-3 full life-cycle implementations, assisting clients in the implementation and / or support of Oracle packaged solutions leading significant tracks on larger projects, leading medium sized consulting engagements, and / or leading production support efforts;

Exhibits hands-on functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud product suite;Understands and displays business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle Cloud Financials modules e.

  • g., payment process, matching process, month-end close, etc.;Designs, implements and supports complex business processes in an Oracle environment;
  • Understands the importance of a structured, controlled production systems environment;Uses writing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills cogently to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management;
  • Communicates technical and functional concepts to client business users to facilitate business decision making;Demonstrates intimate abilities and / or a proven record of success as a team leader : Creates a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
