Essential Functions
2+ years banking industry experience.
High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Products and ability to manipulate data.
General knowledge of the mortgage industry
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge HMDA reporting requirements strongly preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Able to work with minimal supervision.
Organized with a sense of strong time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Knowledge of ECOA, RESPA / TRID
Experience with loan origination software (i.e., Encompass) preferred
Experience with HMDA and CRA collection and reporting software (i.e., Wolters Kluwer CRA or HMDA Wiz, NContracts CRA or HMDA Relief, or Compliance Tech CRA or HMDA Ready) preferred
Ability to model the Bank’s culture of Responsiveness, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, and Empathy.
