Job Description

A progressive credit union is searching for an SVP, Marketing to lead its brand, digital engagement, and member growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, and data-driven member acquisition.
• Oversee brand management, public relations, and community engagement.
• Partner with lending and retail leaders to drive deposit and loan growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Compensation : $150,000 - $200,000 base, plus executive bonus plan
