Job Purpose / Description :
- Collaborate closely with Management & Producers to orchestrate client activities effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses and communication with clients and carriers.
- Maintain accurate client policy information within the management system (AMS360).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Organize and maintain client files and records efficiently.
- Lead the renewal and marketing process with strategic prowess.
- Assist in presenting compelling renewal and new business proposals to clients.
- Contribute to various special projects aimed at enhancing team and agency performance.
- Mentor and supervise assistant account managers, guiding them through diverse tasks.
- Skillfully manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Spearhead innovative renewal marketing strategies to fortify existing accounts.
