What You Need for this Position
At least 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and 3+ years Construction healthcare Industry is required for this position.
Project Manager over all or some of the following Healthcare Construction Sectors :
- Healthcare Construction Projects
- Operating Room Projects
- Patient Care Projects
- Medical Facilities / Offices Projects
- In Hospital Renovation Work
- Labs, Imaging. Radiology Rooms
- Clinic / Rehab / Care Center, Nursing, ICU Projects
What You Will Be Doing
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deadlines, and overseeing the completion of construction projects
- This includes developing budgets, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop, implement, & confirm project goals as a core team member of each project team
- Process subcontractor & contract change orders
- Evaluate progress & prepare detailed reports for each project
