JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

What You will be Doing :

  • Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.
  • Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
  • Following health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
  • Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
  • Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing / undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
  • Work with a high quality, collaborative team.

Where You will be Going :

  • Regional Travel
  • Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.
  • Full Travel
  • Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable.
  • Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!
  • Mileage and meal reimbursement provided! (if applicable)
  • Lodging accommodations provided by the Company! (if applicable)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification. (STNA, CNA, SRNA)
  • Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
  • At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
