A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support the sales team by developing customer-facing solutions and providing technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team through direct prospect engagement, including site tours and proposal generation

Prepare and present customer-facing technical presentations related to data center offerings

Respond to technical customer RFP questions and assist in developing cost-engineering models

Required Qualifications

4 years of experience in telecommunications, networking, or related fields

Direct experience in sales engineering or design of mission-critical facilities

Expertise in application software such as AutoCAD and MS Excel

Bachelor's degree in a physical science or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience

High level of commitment to customer service
