Associate Attorney
Technology and Data Transactions Attorney 3-5 Years of Experience
We are currently seeking a talented and tech-savvy Technology and Data Transactions Attorney to join our client's dynamic and growing Data Strategy, Security & Privacy team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to work on a wide range of complex technology and data-related transactions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate complex technology and data-related agreements, including software development and licensing, cloud computing, master services agreements, and more.
- Work with clients in industries such as fintech, healthcare, retail / e-commerce, transportation, and real estate.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, financings, and multidisciplinary transactions.
- Advise clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection issues in commercial contracts.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating technology, IP, and data-related commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) and cybersecurity provisions.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
