MVA Health Centers Inc. is currently looking for a Case Manager. Sign-on bonus $1000. This candidate will be responsible for working closely with the LICSW to complete annual tracking, scheduling, and authorizations for behavioral health patients.
Also this candidate will be providing supportive counseling and case management to patients. Candidate will assist patients with healthcare insurance coverage and provide education and assistance to the community.
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or another health or human services field is required. Experience is preferred.
