Joel has over 20 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance Management. He brings experience to BTC having worked in the van, flat bed, heavy haul, glass, general tank, and cryogenic tank operations.

Lois Zirbel, Vice President of Operations, offers a history of strategic leadership and business growth in the fast-paced transportation industry.
With a career that started at the tender age of 13, Lois learned her craft from her father that was a master in transportation who set records in production, low turnover and built a culture of safety in addition of an industry leading training program that promoted the driver as a professional.
This environment of grass roots hard work and growth set the spark for a live long love of trucks and drivers.
Lois has had a track record of helping organizations achieve high performance and industry leading recognition. She has been able to use her natural leadership skills and creative thought process to generate new strategies for improving trucking company performance, harnessing the talents of the teams to improve turnaround time and profits.
Rob Reeve has over 20 years of both operational and sales experience. He has a proven track record of team building and operational excellence.
He is passionate about helping others be successful and driving success within his team. Rob holds a B.S. in Business Management and is bilingual in Spanish. *President*
Cameron brings extensive experience in operations and strategic development. He is an innovative thinker with broad-based experience managing multi-faceted organizations across many corporate functions.
Including talent acquisition, strategic planning, resource management, new business development, and contract negotiations.
Cameron has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Sebastian L. Seifarth has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He brings a wealth of customer knowledge to BTC, having been a customer himself for many years.
He holds both an MBA and a Master of Arts Degree in Marketing and Sales. Sebastian Seifarth and his team established long-lasting customer relationships with many fortune 500 companies.
Sales and Business Manager*
Dustin Roberts joined BTC in 2020 as the Sales and Business Development Manager. Dustin has over 10 years of experience in bulk shipping and logistics from the customer perspective.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Supply Chain Management. Dustin enjoys collaborating with others and working to meet the transportation needs of BTCs customers.
