VocoVision is seeking an experienced, passionate Teacher of the Visually Impaired toservice the needs of students for a school district in Illinois.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid Illinois teaching license with endorsement in Teaching the Visually Impaired.
- Experience working with visually impaired students preferred.
Job Details :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Provide virtual instruction in core subjects, adapting materials for accessibility.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to promote student success.
- Utilize assistive technology and specialized resources to enhance learning.
