Food Sanitation Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To :

• Clean all cheesemaking equipment and facilities according to the sanitation schedule
• Operate CIP system to clean equipment such as vats, towers, product lines, milk HTST, and cream HTST separator
• Circulate chemical solutions through balance tank pump to clean fines saver and related equipment
• Hand clean whey and milk line valves, product pumps, fines saver, and other vat room equipment
• Clean walls, floors, drains, tables, and equipment in various plant areas
• Document cleaning activities in worksheets and sanitation schedules
• Test and maintain chemical concentrations and dispensing equipment
• Fill and replace chemical drums and barrels throughout the plant
• Operate Tables room C.O.P. tank according to procedures
• Adhere to company safety, HACCP, and GMP policies
• Report any food safety or quality issues promptly to management or authorized personnel
