THE WORK

TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer.

The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats.

The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a Senior System Engineer with strong project management skills in order to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO.
• You have experience eliciting and refining requirements, and scheduling work breakdown to deliverables.
• You have experience documenting artifacts, and can provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model.
• You will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users.

You will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture, and will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.

Basic Qualifications :

• A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
• A Master’s or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills :

• Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
• Good understanding of data processing capabilities
• Understanding of data architectures
• Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
• Basic understanding of NiFi, should understand flow file attributes or be able to learn it quickly
• Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XML
• Knows why a streaming object transport format is needed

Desired Skills :

• Experience with Intelligence Community
• Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis
• Understanding of IC Customer organizations and relationships
• Understanding of DoD - command structures and relationships
• Experience with CYBER, CNO and / or RF operations and dataflows
• Understanding of IC Customer data architecture and data processing capabilities
• Experience with TechSIGINT (ELINT, FISINT and PROFORMA) collection
• Experience with Electronic Warfare operations, sensors and related data
• Experience with space-based surveillance platforms
• Experience with DoD Service Intelligence Centers (such as NASIC)
• Understanding of tactical datalinks and command and control signals

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off

Pay Rate :

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $134,300 - $257,400.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
