- Job Type : Full-Time
- Certification Requirements : State Licensed CNAs and 75-Hour Certified HHAs
- Location : Various locations within Polk County (availability discussed during interview)

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Care : Assist with daily living activities (bathing, meal prep, light housekeeping, toileting, etc.)
- Safety : Ensure the well-being and safety of clients and yourself
- Companionship : Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Medication Reminders : Help clients manage their medication schedules
- Care Services : Offer respite care, homemaking, and personal care as needed
Required Documents :
- CPR Certification : Current certification required (we provide if needed)
- TB Screening Test : Must be completed within the last 12 months (we provide if needed)
- Background Screening : Level 2 background check
- Certification : CNA License or 75-Hour HHA Certification
