Summary
The Quality Associate implements quality improvement initiatives within the Utilization Review department. This role reports to the Director of Client Services & Analytics and involves : Performing quality assurance reviews and validations on non-clinical tasks.
Your role in our mission
- Perform quality assurance on non-clinical staff
- Analyze review results to identify issues and gaps
- Monitor exceptions, prepare reports for teams and management
- Monitor internal system workflows to ensure prompt resolution of outstanding items
- Escalate high-risk factors for further review
- Assist in process and procedure improvement and standardization
- Develop, implement, measure, evaluate, and report quality outcomes to leadership
- Determine data collection methods and strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement plans, goals, and strategies
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality assurance activities, documentation, and reports
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in quality improvement or related field preferred
- Audit or compliance experience a plus
- Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and practices preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
