- Proficiency in comprehending and overseeing relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Foster patient independence through the establishment of patient care objectives
- Resolve patient needs and issues by employing collaborative strategies within a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations
- Handle interactions tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, and personnel as per the role's setting
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of supplies, equipment, etc.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and maintain operational integrity by preserving the confidentiality of information
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in either a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Holding a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or being eligible for licensure within the state of employment.
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in working both independently and within a team.
- Adaptability to accommodate different shifts and weekends.
