Position Overview : Seeking a BCBA to provide behavior analysis services for students with moderate to severe disabilities.
Your expertise will empower students' academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide training and support on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust intervention plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications :
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience with moderate to severe disabilities preferred.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
