Home Builder Finance Banking Assistant

At Regions, the Home Builder Finance Banking Assistant provides general administrative support to Relationship Managers, relieving them of administrative detail.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer informational requests and keep respective Relationship Managers informed when appropriate
  • Prepare and process documents, such as new accounts, fund transfers, etc.
  • Complete account and product documentation along with maintaining customer account records
  • May perform basic service transactions such as address changes, check orders, issue / activate ATM cards, accept loan payments, give account balances, and perform stop payments
  • Offer assistance to clients who call for or drop by to see their Relationship Manager
  • Assist department and Relationship Managers in development of cross-selling and other sales activities and opportunities

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years general banking experience
  • Preferences

  • College degree
  • Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management while understanding confidentiality to sensitive information
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify goals; prioritize tasks and execute tasks to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in changing, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, time management and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to execute tasks effectively; without direct supervision
  • Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organization skills and able to think analytically
  • Role will be in office 4 days per week Monday-Thursday and every Friday will be remote.

    Compensation Details

    Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

    Job Range Target :

    Minimum : $46,750.00 USD

    Median : $57,270.00 USD

    Incentive Pay Plans : This job is not incentive eligible.
