Position : Civil Project Manager / Engineer-Senior (P.E.)
Job Location : St George, Utah

We are hiring a Civil Engineer (P.E) to work in the St George, Utah area. As one of the largest professional engineering companies in the Intermountain West, J-U-B delivers innovative services which allow our clients to succeed, while also providing an enriching environment for our employees.
While applying technical civil engineering knowledge and skills, this position will :
- Provide engineering design and project management services for civil engineering projects primarily focused on water, wastewater / sewer, storm water, and other infrastructure services in Utah.
- Participate in all phases of project development, design, and construction.
- Analyze engineering data, interpret, and prepare plans and specifications, and make sound decisions to solve challenges.
- Collaborate with engineers and planners and public agencies for reports, design, and construction phase services for various private and public agency clients.
- Coordinate and support multi-disciplinary projects throughout the company.
- Provide leadership and mentor a team of professionals servicing southern Utah and Nevada and Northern Arizona.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the State of Utah. With ability to become licensed in Nevada and Arizona in six months.
- 10+ years of qualified experience as a P.E. with 4+ years in project management and business development. 2+ years working in the Washington County, Utah area.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Willingness to build a practice and mentor junior staff.
- Proven technical background and skillset
- Multi discipline civil engineering background with experience in the entire project development cycle.
- Understanding of local municipal codes, and design / development standards.
- Water resources engineering experience, including pressure and open channel flow modeling, design, and construction oversight is a plus.
Salary : $120,000 - $165,000 a year / determined by experience.
