As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for actively pursuing and managing leads, conducting comprehensive property searches, and adeptly preparing and securing contracts to ensure seamless sales processes.

From lead inception to presenting a signed contract to our closing team, you'll play a pivotal role in propelling the growth and prosperity of our enterprise.

This role necessitates proximity to our headquarters in Augusta, GA. We prioritize the professional growth of our team members, providing top-tier training opportunities to learn from industry luminaries.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate robust client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure prompt responses to all leads and inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends and investment strategies.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactions.
  • Proactively address client concerns and build trust throughout the contract process.
  • Utilize market research, property data, and outreach strategies to assess property value and condition.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Manage crucial contracts and documentation efficiently.
  • Provide daily updates and seek guidance from the sales manager as required.

Qualifications :

  • Passionate about sales and diligent in lead follow-up.
  • Thrives on relationship-building and assisting individuals in challenging circumstances.
  • Possesses a positive outlook.
  • Embraces a "Solutions over problems" mindset.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrates exceptional drive and determination.
