Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will excel at every phase of the Product Design process, deeply understanding customer needs and applying User Experience best practices.

In this role, you will lead the Product Design process, collaborating with a cross-functional team from Product, Development, Client Services, Support, and more.

You will also spearhead user research, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions that shape the future of our product development.

Job Responsibilities

By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.

Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and analysis to UX / UI design and implementation.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate your design intentions clearly.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement and iterate on designs based on testing and user feedback.Design intuitive interfaces that adhere to industry standards like Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Conduct usability testing and leverage data-driven insights to constantly refine and improve user experiences.Engage in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, contributing your insights and expertise.

Maintain and iterate on design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform.Stay up to date on current design industry trends and market conditions.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

At least 5 years of experience in Product Design for SaaS applications, Web Design, Mobile Applications and Design SystemsProven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing using industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or comparable programs.

An intuitive eye for customer needsExcellent attention to detailAbility to collaborate with cross-functional team membersAbility to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedbackA well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectivesAbility to effectively communicate and persuade around design conceptsPassion for design;

not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improveCreative problem-solving skillsDynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiencesAssist product engineers when neededRecommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
