RegisteredNurse (RN) Unit Manager
Triboro Center is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managers for our skilled nursing facility in Bronx NY. Theideal candidate will have previous LTC experience.
DUTIES :
- Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures.
- Completes residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses andstaff
- Establishes a compassionate environmentby providing support to Residents and families.
- Provides information to residents and health careteam.
- Maintains safe and clean workingenvironment.
- Maintains resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintains documentation of resident careservices.
- Maintains nursing suppliesinventory
- Maintains a cooperative relationshipamong health care teams
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- LTCexperience required
- Basic computerskills
- Excellent communicationskills
