Job Description :
Provide one on one cares for patients in their home setting under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Cares provided include bathing, grooming, and dressing care.
May prepare a light meal or warm up a meal for patients in need during visit. Home Health aides typically see 5-6 patients in an 8 hour day.
Home Health aides also assist with installation and education of our Remote Patient Monitoring equipment.
Qualifications :
High school education preferred.
Listed on Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry eligible to work in federally certified home health agencies and valid Wisconsin driver’s license with auto liability insurance required.
Home health aide experience or at least one year of certified nursing assistant experience preferred.
