Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Health Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and execution of our population health program digital experiences.

As a Digital Health Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and beyond.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and clinical experts to deliver impactful digital experiences that address the unique needs of diverse populations.

As part of our Product Management team, this candidate will thrive on creative problem solving, facilitating collaboration with a cross-functional team, and prioritizing platform efforts among competing priorities.

You bring a curiosity and client orientation to everything you do. Ideal candidates will have product management experience in the healthcare, digital health, clinical solutions, and / or medtech space.

You have experience in an agile software development environment and are eager and motivated to work in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment.

Your role in our mission

  • Navigating ambiguity with ability to decompose complex topics into a tangible perspective, outputs may include a recommendation, a product point of view, and / or requirements
  • Understanding customer needs, responsible for understanding the customer's needs and problems. This requires having, and / or developing a deep understanding of the market, target audience, and user behavior.
  • Developing product roadmaps : Responsible for creating and communicating product roadmaps, this involves identifying the product vision, setting product goals, and communicating the product roadmap to internal / external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify gaps in the market, and develop a product strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute product features and enhancements.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, and messaging.
  • Build trust, and maintain relationships with clients / partners, communicating with customers may include providing recurring product updates, acting as a point of escalation for product concerns, and internally advocating on their behalf in context of voice of the customer.
  • Collaborate with customer support to gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products to ensure the company's product offerings remain competitive.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of software product management experience
  • Track record of building and scaling B2B2C products
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize based on data, customer feedback, resource availability, and business priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience working in agile development environments, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

What you should expect in this role

This is a remote role with annual travel to Sacramento, CA, up to 20-30%.

The pay range for this position is $116,100.00 - $165,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
