Salary $49,920 - $54,080 depending on experience.
This role is fully onsite in Bothell WA
Overview of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator Role :
- Accurately and efficiently post daily orders.
- Conduct detailed data entry to keep records precise.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Address billing issues and inquiries through customer communication.
- Work with other departments to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator Role :
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Experience with high level data entry
- Familiarity with Encore software is a plus.
