We believe in nurturing personal and professional growth, which is why we offer and highly recommend practice supervision or consultation.

These opportunities enhance your professional development and the care you provide to your clients.

We understand that providing a fantastic experience for our therapists is crucial for better care and outcomes in mental health.

We prioritize our therapists just as much as our clients. At Tranquil Soul Therapy, we offer benefits, training, flexible scheduling, and an incredibly inclusive environment.

Full-time clinical staff members have the potential to make between 72k and 104k annually, based on their level of education, years of experience, and professional licensure.
