Description
Job Description : As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships.
You will assist in identifying sales opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with daily tasks and administrative duties.

- Process orders and manage customer accounts.

- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
- Support the organization and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
