YOUR ROLE :
As our Outside Sales Project Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service to homeowners across the Twin Cities.
Your typical duties will include :
- Field Visits : Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners, typically 2-4 visits per day, to provide top-notch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
- Prospecting & Follow-Ups : Balance your time between in-office / phone prospecting and customer follow-ups.
- Customer Service : Drive a company-provided vehicle (with a gas card) to ensure exceptional service for our valued customers.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including technicians, warehouse staff, customer service, and dispatch.
- Master Negotiator : Perfect the art of objection handling and negotiation.
WHO YOU ARE :
- Driven & Passionate : You have a money-hungry attitude and a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Education & Experience : High school diploma or GED preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Flexible : Able to work day shifts Monday-Friday, with the flexibility for longer hours and on-call rotations (1-2 weekends per month).
- Organized & Communicative : Highly organized with exceptional follow-through, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable : Willing and able to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
