Requirements
- Board certified
- Active VA license and DEA
- BLS, ACLS
- Fellowship Trained - Highly Preferred
- Surgical Procedures Required : Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy
- General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements : Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube
- General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements : Hearing Evaluation, Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures
- Endoscopic Procedures Required : Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy - Flexible, Bronchoscopy - Rigid, Laryngoscopy
- Facial Surgery Procedures Required : Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, Skin Grafts / Flaps
