Currently, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service Technician who will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to heating and air conditioning systems while offering excellent customer service.

Work Hours : Work a rotating schedule with shifts from 8am-5pm. Some weekends are required but you'll also get occasional 4 day weekends to balance it out.

On-Call Schedule : 1 weekend every 6-9 weeks and 1 day per week every 2-3 weeks

Pay Range : $70K - $90K per year depending on experience

Required Qualifications :

• 3 years of Residential maintenance, repair, and diagnostic experience
• Universal or Type 2 EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
• Must own basic HVAC servicing tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications :

• Service Titan software experience
• NATE Certification
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English and Spanish
