Requirements :
- Previous experience as a physical therapy assistant is preferred.
- Active New Mexico PTA license
- Associate degree in physical therapy assistant from CAPTE accredited program
Responsibilities :
- Assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients
- Implement and monitor therapeutic exercise programs
- Document patient progress and response to treatments
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and exercises
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
