As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the impeccable quality of jewelry and watch repair by meticulously examining pieces under a microscope.

Your keen attention to detail, coupled with your ability to work effectively in a team environment, will contribute to maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship our company is known for.

Your role will involve thorough inspections, clear communication with team members, and utilization of computer skills to document and track quality control processes.

Additionally, you will be expected to perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor to support the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize a microscope to conduct detailed inspections of jewelry and watch repairs to ensure quality standards are met.

Document inspection findings accurately and efficiently using computer software.

Communicate effectively with team members to address any quality concerns and ensure consistent quality across all repairs.

Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of quality control.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements as needed.

Assist in training new team members on quality control procedures and standards.

Requirements :

Proficiency in using a microscope for detailed inspections.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in relevant software applications.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Commitment to upholding and promoting high standards of workmanship and quality.

Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Certification or training in quality control techniques.

Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes.

Experience working with quality management systems (QMS).

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to jewelry quality control.
