What You'll Be Doing :
We are seeking a Residential Tax Specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth within our existing top tax client base.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to develop and execute strategies aimed at deepening client relationships and increasing our competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to upsell and upgrade existing clients from basic tax services to advanced offerings such as Full Tax Outsourcing, DigitalTax Connect, Loan Boarding Decisions, and Payment Decisions Premium.
- Identify whitespace opportunities for upselling within the target market and set ambitious revenue goals for each product / service offering.
- Manage risk by collaborating with CSMs, Operations, and Product teams to support clients through issue resolution and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Retain 100% of existing clients within the target market, while upselling additional tax and servicing product offerings to enhance client retention and revenue growth.
- Strengthen client agreements with longer terms to improve revenue durability and increase customer loyalty.
- Work closely with CSMs, AEs, and product management to understand client needs, synthesize feedback, and identify opportunities for technology enhancements.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for client needs and influencing product enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in client account management or sales, preferably within the tax services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Please note that the range listed is for the salary and there is also commission component / OTE- uncapped commission
