Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain the Overall Project Schedule in collaboration with Project Team
- Oversee all project costs including monthly pay-application meetings.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, Construction Managers, project team, consultants / architect / engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, trade unions, and governmental agencies.
- Responsible for the project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
- Review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
- Maintain and update project records including RFI’s, ASI’s and as-builts.
- Supervise & oversee Project Engineers & Assistant Project Managers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams
- Prior experience with 100+ unit ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects (including podium, garden walk-up, and other Type I developments)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Procore, and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or Primavera P6 software
- Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)
