SENIOR DRAINAGE ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer / Project Manager to join our Transportation design group in our Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities :

Prepare drainage plans and reports for transportation projects

Perform and collaborate on drainage analyses with other Drainage staff

Train and mentor junior Drainage Department Staff

Serve in Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager roles depending on project specifics

Prepare marketing materials and serve as Drainage Lead during project pursuit presentations

Meet and build strong working relationships with clients and permitting agencies

Perform QC reviews of design documentation and plans prepared by internal Staff and other consultants

Required Skills & Required Experience :

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

10+ years of relevant FDOT drainage design experience

Florida PE license preferred

Experience with FDOT drainage design criteria

Experience with permitting requirements of Florida Water Management Districts
