The Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) collaborates with sales, legal, IT, and product teams to address security topics for prospects, customers, and partners and to reinforce ServiceNow's security messaging for the cloud-based AI Platform.
What you get to do in this role
The Office of the CISO team leverages its security expertise to enhance ServiceNow's security program and communicate security features. You will work with multiple internal teams and with customers to address security-related questions, guide security conversations, and present on cloud adoption and assurance. You will lead security discussions, collaborate on changes to improve the security posture of our cloud environment, and contribute to elevating the subscription service. You will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our cloud security initiatives.
You will be a member of the Americas team of the Office of the CISO, with responsibilities across English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French-speaking regions.
As a Cloud Security Professional, you will support the Sales Team in pre- and post-sales activities, navigate questionnaires, address customer inquiries, drive security meetings with customers, and deliver presentations at conferences. You will rebut cloud technology myths, work with internal teams to drive security improvements, and lead cross-functional efforts to achieve security goals. You will also contribute to security-related contract negotiations.

Compensation and Location Information
For positions in this location, base pay ranges from $146,400 to $256,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales roles may offer an On Target Earnings structure. Compensation varies by location and factors such as qualifications and competencies. Benefit programs include health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
