Description
The AFO Regional Marcom Specialist (rMS) is responsible for the design, development, deployment and implementation of marketing campaigns to support assigned Product Line and Segments and to measure performance against defined marketing metrics and goals.
This rMS will have responsible for driving all aspects of campaign, including : the tactic mix selection; budget management;
performance tracking; and reporting. The rMS works closely with the Regional Marketing Program Manager (rMPM) to define campaign strategy and goals, and maintained relationships with various partners for campaign messaging, asset development and implementation.
The ideal candidate brings a formal marketing education in digital and traditional marketing; an understanding of branding and marketing communications;
the successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a large matrix organization, while also leading with limited supervision.
Project management skills, the endeavor to complete tasks, along with strong interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
4+ years relevant experience in a marketing (digital and traditional)
Experience managing budgets and understanding of Purchase Orders
Demonstrated marketing campaign communication competency; implementing a mix of tactics including digital marketing, direct marketing, E-pushes, print mailings, F2F and online customer events, with knowledge of social media platforms
Experience or knowledge of graphic design software editors (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems and other enterprise solutions (SAP / CRM; QuickBase; etc.)
Experience with Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing campaigns / tactics
Travel up to 20%

The US pay range for this full-time position is $85, - $140,, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
