Job Title : Seed Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seed Technician to join our agricultural operations team. This entry-level role plays a vital part in indoor seed processing, packaging, and inventory management. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety protocols and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and assist with seed processing lines
• Perform quality checks on seed products
• Receive, scan, clean, treat, sort, count, label, and warehouse seed
• Organize, move, and store seed inventory accurately
• Maintain inventory records using electronic systems
• Follow all site safety requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Understand and execute verbal and written instructions

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
