As a Patient Coordinator at our Minnetonka location, you’ll be the welcoming face of our med spa, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about patient care, highly professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, beauty and wellness-driven environment.

Front Desk & Patient Coordination

• Warmly greet patients in person and on the phone—setting the tone for a five-star experience
• Schedule consultations, injectable treatments, skincare services, and laser appointments
• Manage appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Present treatment plans, pricing, promotions, and financing options
• Guide new patients through paperwork, intake, and EMR documentation (Nextech)
• Communicate effectively with providers about patient goals and expectations
