Certification Details
- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate required.
- Profile Requirements : Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment), License / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license / certs).
- Travelers from certain counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls.
Job Details
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE, please note on submission profile to prevent delays!
- MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.

- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- Dress Code : Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
- THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION! MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
- COVID vaccinations not required, however strongly encouraged.
- 3+ years of current Med Surg - Required
- MUST be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed
- Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred
- Experience in Oncology Care - Highly Preferred but not required
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
