Our client, a leading company in the carbon and graphite industry, is experiencing growth and transformation at their plant in Nashville, TN.
They are currently in need of two talented PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS to spearhead the design and implementation of their production lines, with full support from the Technical Manager and the production team.

REQUIREMENTS :
- We require candidates to possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical and / or Mechanical Engineering. A BSIE alone will not be considered.
- Applicants need to have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in process development engineering, ideally with exposure to carbon fiber materials or similar manufacturing processes (., pulp & paper).
- Proficiency in slurry management is a must.
- Proven experience in developing, commissioning, and installing new process equipment is essential.
- We are seeking candidates with a background in new process development.
- Any prior experience with Thermal Processing / Heat Treatment of Non-Metallic products would be highly advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with manufacturing analytical tools such as statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments, and process capability studies is required.
- The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, as well as lead a team to ensure timely project completion.
COMPENSATION RANGE : Up to $90K per year, plus a 5% annual bonus. Exceptional applicants may receive a higher offer.
