What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Serve as an expert representative for the employer on Oncology development teams
- Frame critical questions and strategies for optimizing model-based analyses on programs
- Develop and execute model-based analyses, including translational PK / PD approaches and exposure-response models
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global regulatory expectations in Oncology and author regulatory documents
- Mentor and supervise junior staff to develop their capabilities in pharmacometrics
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Ph.D. with at least four years of pharmaceutical drug development experience
- Demonstrated impactful experience with applications of pharmacometrics methods
- Experience in IND, NDA, and other submissions to global regulatory agencies
- Skills in experimental design, mathematical problem-solving, critical data analysis / interpretation, and statistics
- Proficiency in R, NONMEM, or other similar programming language
- Professional working proficiency in written and verbal communication
