Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
You should be comfortable working with patients of all ages, from children to seniors, and have a strong commitment to patient care and education.
Our office incorporates lots of technology into its practice : CEREC, iTero, digital x-rays and charting. Proficiency or a willingness to learn in these areas is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, sterilized, and equipped as
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, extractions, implants
- Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and address any immediate concerns or questions
- Take and X-rays
- Manage and organize patient records, scheduling, and follow-up appointments on digital software (Eaglesoft)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care practices
- Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and other regulatory protocols
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed to support daily operations
Hours
- Must be able to work : Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and one Sat per month
- Hours (Mon-Thurs) : 7am-4 : 30pm
- Hours (Sat) : 8am-2 : 30pm
