Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair Culligan water treatment systems according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of installations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
• Lift heavy equipment up to 100 pounds, bending, pushing, and pulling as required by the physical demands of the job.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Location :

Primary location at our Danbury, CT office with the potential for occasional travel to other Culligan branches as required.
